To be completed by members registering for a Kendall SC team for the 2010-2011 season
Prospective members of Kendall SC that have been offered a position on a team for the 2010-2011 FYSA season need to complete the registration package for their corresponding age group (U9 - U12 or U13 - U18) and pay a $150 deposit in order to hold their position for when the teams resume training at the beginning of August.

Development Academy and Pre-Academy Registration Package
When completing the registration package it is important that you identify the payment option that you want to choose to cover the balance of your annual membership fees. Membership fees can be:
a) paid in full at time of registration (a 5% discount will be applied);
b) billed automatically to a credit card in equal monthly installments until May 2011; or
c) for U9 - U17 members - invoiced in 6 equal monthly installments starting the first of the month after enrollment is completed, for members who register before October 1, 2010. Members who register after October 1 would be billed the balance in equal monthly installments until March 2011; for U18 members - invoiced in 5 equal monthly installments starting in August 2010, for members who register in August or earlier, or billed in equal monthly installments from the month of enrollment until December 2010 for later registrants.

- Younger brothers or sisters receive a 5% discount on their annual membership fee.
- Any payments made towards a Kendall SC membership will be applied towards the membership fees of players later selected to the full time rosters of the Miami FC Kendall Development Academy teams.
Seasonal membership fees by age group (including the $150 deposit) for the 10-month program (August to May) are as follows:
U9 and U10: $900
U11 and U12: $950
U13 - U16: $1,125
U17: $1,150
U18: $1,250
Seasonal Membership Fees include:
- Team training, game coaching provided by club-contracted coaches, with a minimum of three training sessions per week for U13-U18, or two sessions per week for U9-U12, weather-permitting, from August 2010 through May 2011
- U15 and above teams may train once per week during high school season.
- In the event that a team advances to regional or national competitions past May, members will be charged a monthly training fee to cover coaches compensation.
- FYSA player registration and secondary insurance, and team registration in SFUYSA, FLUGSA or equivalent league. Does not include team registration in Super Y-League, Tri-County league, US Club Soccer or outside tournaments.
- Miami-Dade County parks fees.
- Two game uniforms and training kits. Members are responsible for other items, such as warm-ups or player bags.
- Club raffle tickets valued at $100 that members can sell and use the proceeds to cover their club expenses. Additional raffle tickets are available for purchase by members at 20% of their face value
